摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To invariably optimize the torque distribution for individual wheels by controlling a torque distribution ratio adjusting means for lowering the torque distribution ratio for a particular wheel pair when slip wheels exist only on part of wheel pairs. CONSTITUTION:In a four-wheel drive vehicle transmitting the torque from an engine to four wheels of the right and left front wheels and the right and left rear wheels via a torque distribution ratio adjusting means, the slip value of each wheel against the road face is detected by a slip value detecting means respectively, the actual slip value and the preset target slip value are compared by a slip wheel judging means, and slip wheels with the slip value larger than the target slip value are judged. When slip wheels are judged to exist only on part of wheel pairs (front wheels or rear wheels) based on the judgment result, a torque distribution control means controls the torque distribution ratio adjusting means to lower the torque distribution ratio for the wheel pair. The torque distribution for individual wheels can be invariably optimized accordingly.</p>
