PURPOSE:To permit thin steel plates to be attached and transferred certainly one by one by installing magnets oppositely, keeping heaped-up magnetic thin steel plates in the interposed state and separating the thin steel plate on the uppermost stage by the repulsive action of the magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:The thin steel plates 14 which are heaped-up on a jig 8 are magnetized by the magnets 9 arranged oppositely so that the height can be varied by a stay 11. In the magnetization, each thin steel plate 14 is magnetized to the same polarity to repel each other, but only the uppermost one sheet is put into separable state because of the weight of heaped sheets, and the uppermost one sheet is attracted by vacuum by a pad 3 and transferred to the next process. |
