The support has two fixation openings (210, 220) for passage of a threaded body of a fixation screw (V). The openings are respectively equipped with circular parts (212, 222) and authorize passage of a head (T) of the screw. The opening (210) comprises an elongated part (211) presenting a width reduced with respect to diameter of the circular part (212). Diameter of the circular part is lower than diameter of the circular part (222). The circular parts communicate by forming a hard point at their junction for passing the body of the screw from one of the circular parts to another part.
