PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent troubles such as seizure and the like by rotating a rotor in the direction reverse to the revolving direction of the rotor by the engagement of a gear and relatively delaying the slide contacting speed of the tip end of a vane and liner. CONSTITUTION:When a drive shaft rotates around a rotary shaft A in the direction shown by arrow N1, the rotor 3 which is axially supported on a second shaft B which is excentric with respect to the rotary shaft A revolves toward the direction indicated by a one-dot chain line on a revolving onbit. Since a driven shaft axially supports the rotor 3 on the rotary shaft B, the driven shaft rotates around the rotary shaft A. At this time, the rotor revolves while maintaining a minute gap between the outer periphery thereof and the inner peripheral surface of a liner 5. Upon this occasion, the slide contacting speed between the rotor 3 and the liner 5 and between the rotor 3 and the vane tip end becomes extremely slow so that wear and seizure phenomena of the slide contacting part can be evaded. |
