PURPOSE:To provide the title steel plate hardly affected by a change of environmental temp., excellent in the bonding strength with a laminated steel plate and enhanced in damping capacity by forming an intermediate layer composed of a cured material of a composition containing a specific urethane modified epoxy resin and one or more kind of a compound amoung aromatic diamine, aliphatic diamine and acid anhydride. CONSTITUTION:At first, a hydroxy compound represented by formula I having an MW of 500-5000 and a polyisocyanate compound are reacted to obtain an urethane-containing compound which is, in turn, reacted with a compound containing an epoxy group and a hydroxyl group. One or more compound among aromatic diamine, aliphatic diamine and acid anhydride is mixed with the obtained urethane modified epoxy resin to prepare a resin compound which is then injected between two steel plates to be cured by heating. |
