PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of rice boiling work and to improve the taste of boiled rice by providing a rice boiling process to boil the rice by a pressure boiler, steaming process and cooling process to speedily cool the pressure boiler after the steaming process. CONSTITUTION:For a rice boiling process A, a conveyer 8 is provided to transport a pressure boiler 1 in an arrow direction and a heater 9 is provided to heat the pressure boiler 1. A steaming process B is composed of a roller conveyer 10 to guide the pressure boiler 1 discharged from the rice boiling process A to a prescribed position. For a cooling process C, a water tank 11 is provided to store water and a hanging arm 13, for which one edge is faced to the roller conveyer 10 and the outer edge is faced to a conveyer 8 of a boiler taking-out process F, is provided to hang the pressure boiler 1. The arm is provided in a position so that one part of the pressure boiler 1 can be immersed in the water of the water tank 11. For the boiler taking-out procedure F, the conveyer 12 and an automatic rice loosening machine 14 to invert the pressure boiler 1 guided by this conveyer 12 and loosen the rice. |
