摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress a mean signal transmitting speed and to improve frequency using efficiency by classifying signals into those to be always transmitted and those not to be always continuously transmitted, and transmitting the latter simultaneously with information signals only in a necessary time. CONSTITUTION:The information signal (bit transmitting speed is f1) is inputted to a terminal 100 on a transmitting side, and a control signal (bit transmitting speed is fC) is inputted to a terminal 101. When the input of the control signal is detected by a signal detector/controller 1, a signal generating circuit 2 adds control information such as time base compression and outputs the control signal. When the generation of the control signal, a signal continuous time TC and an information compressing time T1 are notified, a time base changing circuit 3 generates the signal, in which the information of the time of a frame length TFD(=TC+T1) is compressed to the time T1, and which is delayed by the time TC, a switch 4 outputs the control signal during the time of TC, and outputs the information signal during the other time. Thus the mean encoding transmitting speed is reduced, and the frequency using efficiency can be improved.
