PURPOSE:To reduce voids, prevent breakage and obtain a hardly broken nourishing food, made of Japanese radish as a main raw material by vacuum freezing Japanese radish leaves, powdering the leaves, mixing the resultant powder with a binder, granulating the mixture and tableting the formed granules. CONSTITUTION:Japanese radish leaves are vacuum frozen and powdered. A binder is then mixed to granulate the resultant powder. The obtained granules are subsequently tableted to afford the objective nourishing food. Since the above-mentioned nourishing food is obtained by forming the dried powder of the Japanese radish leaves into granules with the binder and the granules are integrally formed to contain much dietary fibers, the food is suitable for bodies and hardly broken. Thereby, the readily drinkable nourishing food in the form of the tablet is obtained. The Japanese radish leaves are vacuum frozen and powdered and the binder is mixed in the powder to granulate the powder. The resultant granules are then tableted to afford the hardly broken nourishing food in the form of the tablet with hardly any voids. |
