PREPARATION:A microorganism (spc-13780 strain, FERM P-2256) collected and separated from soil in Yamanashi prefecture, belonging to the genus Pacilomyces and having ability capable of producing UCT-1003 is subjected to liquid culture in a medium of pH4-10 containing ammonia water, ammonium carbonate solution, etc., at 20-35 deg.C for 1-7 day and separation and purification normally used for cultured product is carried out to isolate UCT-1003 expressed by the formula. |
