PURPOSE: To obtain the subject cream capable of adding a heat-sensitive perfume and additive at a relatively low temperature and preventing overheating and inflammatory reaction, by blending specific components at room temperature, melting the whole components, heating until the whole component are solubilized at a specific condition, stirring and cooling. CONSTITUTION: Sorbitan monostearate is mixed with a polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, stearic acid, a petrolactam oil, isopropyl myristate, triethanolamine, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and water (distilled water or natural water). The prepared mixture is heated until the whole components are melted and solubilized. The prepared mixture is heated at a preferable temperature in the range of 80-120 deg.C for 15-75 minutes, cooled while stirring, mixed with a heat-sensitive perfume and an additive at a relatively low temperature of 25-50 deg.C to give the objective cream capable of preparing a cream for softening skin and reducing wrinkles.
