PURPOSE:To keep beautiful product appearance and to shorten a process to achieve cost reduction by a method wherein a skin material consisting of a skin layer and a foam layer is set to an upper mold so that the foam layer is turned downwardly and a molten PP resin being the material of a core material is supplied to a lower mold and both molds are clamped to integrally press the core material and the skin material. CONSTITUTION:For example, a door trim 10 for a car is constituted of a core material 11 and a skin material 12, and the skin material 12 consists of a skin layer 13 and a foam layer 14. The skin layer 13 is formed by the slush molding of a PVC resin powder and has good appearance and good surface touch. The foam layer 14 is laminated to and molded on the skin layer 13 by the slush molding of a foamable powder prepared by mixing 10 - 50pts.wt. of a polyolefinic resin powder and a foaming agent with 100pts.wt. of the PVC resin powder. The skin material 12 is set to an upper press-bonding mold 30 so that the foam layer 14 thereof is turned downwardly and a molten PP composite resin material P is injected in a lower mold 31. Upper and lower molds 30, 31, are clamped to unify the core material 11 and the skin material 12. |
