PURPOSE:To reduce the entire weight of an unloader by providing a bulldozer suspension trolley at a portion of an unloader main beam associated with a lifting/lowering beam while interlocking a hoist for said trolley with a motor for the unloader lifting/lowering device. CONSTITUTION:A lift/lower girder 3 is pivoted to main girder 3 and supported by wires 5, 6. A grab bucket 11 is suspended from main trolley 7 travelling over both girders while an independently provided bulldozer suspension trolley 10 will suspend the bulldozer 30 through a suspension wire 14. Normally the bulldozer suspension trolley 10 is waiting at the parking position 67' of the unloader land side foot, but when it is required to carry the bulldozer into the hold the main trolley 7 is traversed rearwardly then advanced again while being coupled with the trolley 10 and transferred from main girder 1 to the lift/lower girder 3 thus suspend the bulldozer at the predetermined position.
