发明名称 SURFACE-IMPROVING METHOD OF PROCESSED ARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent infection such as melting or embrittlement of processed article with heat by welding binder, pigment and glaze, etc., on the surface of processed article comprising of hydrate breaking down by heating through covering of thermosetting mortar and heating. CONSTITUTION:The surface of processed article composed of hydrate breaking down by heating is covered with thermosetting mortar. The binder, pigment and glaze, etc., are welded on the surface of the mortar and further heated to stove on the surface of the processed article. The above-mentioned thermosetting mortar is not cured by hydrating heat, but a mortar exhibiting strength by heating and has low thermal conductivity even heated at high temperature. Therefore, embrittlement or damage of the processed article by heating at high temperature in heating and stoving after welding of binder, pigment and glaze, etc., on the surface of thermosetting mortar covering the surface of the processed article is prevented. Besides, compression strength and bending strength of the mortar are increased and the mortar covering is not deteriorated nor embrittled for a long period of time even a large amount of heat is applied and a temperature of the thermosetting mortar attains as high as 1500 deg.C.
