A luminescent material is provided to emit blue light without dopant in order to form a light-emitting layer, thereby producing organic light emitting devices having improved light-emitting efficiency and life-time. A luminescent material has a structure represented by the formula 1. In the formula 1, R1~R10 are independently hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C1-C12 alkoxy, cyano, silyl or C2-C30 aromatic group of which hydrogen is substituted or non-substituted; and Ar1 is C2-C30 aromatic group of which hydrogen is substituted or non-substituted. The organic light emitting device comprises a luminescent layer containing the luminescent material.
