<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the adsorbent having a low pressure drop and excellent in adsorption efficiency by bonding flat activated carbon fiber-contg. paper formed into sheet to at least one surface of the activated carbon fiber-contg. paper formed into sheet and on which plural protrusions are formed. CONSTITUTION:The activated carbon fiber-contg. paper 1 formed into sheet and on which plural protrusions 2 are formed and the flat activated carbon fiber-contg. paper 5 formed into sheet are bonded. At least one composite sheet 6 is cut to a specified width, and the cut sheets are laminated to obtain the laminated adsorbent. The adsorbent has a simple structure and a low pressure drop in spite of its large contact area, and is excellent in adsorption efficiency. Furthermore, the laminated adsorbent having the above-mentioned characteristics can be produced with good productivity.</p> |
