发明名称 METHOD OF TESTING SPACECRAFT UNDER VIBRO-ACOUSTIC EFFECT
摘要 FIELD: physics; measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to testing spacecraft on vibro-acoustic effects and can be used during workout and reception tests of spacecraft. The method involves loading the spacecraft with acoustic noise at different levels in pre-set modes. The acoustically sensitive equipment of the spacecraft undergoes independent tests on acoustic noise and vibration with recording of the level of vibration in test points of the spacecraft, corresponding to their position during independent tests of the acoustically sensitive equipment. After that, transfer functions are obtained and results of the next loading are predicted. The tolerance of the spacecraft and its components to vibro-acoustic effects is determined from absence of damages and retention of working capacity by the spacecraft and its equipment. The transfer functions of acoustically sensitive equipment are also obtained during vibration tests of the spacecraft before carrying out acoustic tests. Vibration tests are done in stages, starting with the minimum level of effects, determined by the tolerance of the test equipment, to a maximum value, determined by permissible level of effects on the equipment. The results of the next loading are predicted using a formula, taking into account compensation factors, which are a ratio of transfer functions during independent vibration tests of acoustically sensitive equipment and its tests as part of the spacecraft. ^ EFFECT: possibility of separating vibro-acoustic effects into components, reduction of errors when recording loads and prevention of damages to the spacecraft and its equipment during tests. ^ 2 dwg
