PURPOSE:To obtain the title one-pack type compsn. with excellent storage stability by compounding each specified amt. of specified organosilicon compd. and silane or siloxane in a diorganopolysiloxane wherein both terminals of the molecular chain are blocked each with a silanol group. CONSTITUTION:0.5-10 pts.wt. (hereinbelow described as pts.) organosilicon compd. of formula I (wherein R<1> is methyl, vinyl, trifluoropropyl or phenyl; R<2> is methyl, vinyl, trimethylsiloxy, vinyldimethylsiloxy, divinylmethylsiloxy, trivinylsiloxy or trifluoropropylidimethylsiloxy; R<3> is a 1-2C alkyl), 0.1-5 pts. silane or siloxane with 3 or more groups selected from alkoxy, oximato and enoxy groups bound to a silicon atom in the molecule [e.g. ViSi(OMe)3] and 0.05-5 pts. silane or siloxane having one or more groups of formula (R<4>2N)2 C=N- (wherein R<4> is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group) in the molecule (e.g. a compd. of formula II) are compounded and incorporated in 100 pts. diorganopolysiloxane wherein both terminals of the molecular chain are each blocked with a silanol group.
