<p>PURPOSE:To enhance cleaning efficiency by providing a a cylindrical body having a fluid inflow part and a fluid outflow part, a flow changing device and a bacteria supplying member. CONSTITUTION:Main flow is divided to two branch flows by the buoyancy of the gas rising in the form of slag in water from the ejection port 2' of an air feed pipe 2 and by a partition plate 5C of the flow changing device 5. Shearing stresses are generated in the fluid by the abrupt direction change of the fluid which takes place when the phase of the flow changes. Numerous small turbulent vortexes and small bubbles are formed in the main flow by the effect of such stresses. The flow mixture composed of the small bubbles and waste water swirling and flowing to the cylindrical body 4 on the downstream side of the flow changing device 5 constitutes the laminar fluid 9 swirling spirally along the inside peripheral wall of the cylindrical body. Part of the fluid mixture is sucked to, the negative load region 10 of the flow changing device 5 with the inside of the bacteria supplying member 6 as a bypass passage. A stable denitrification effect is obtd. in this way and the exchange and regeneration are facilitated.</p> |
