PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of resin splashes by installing a protective disk in the lower part of a disk mounting part of a spinner head and disposing a cap body to the position facing the outer peripheral part of the disk. CONSTITUTION:A fixing hole 31 of the disk 3 is fitted onto a projection 13 of the spinner head 1 and while the spinner head 1 is rotated at a low speed, a desired UV resin is dropped from the outer peripheral side to the central direction or from the center to the direction of the outer peripheral part to supply a desired amt. of the resin onto the disk 3. A hydraulic cylinder is then started to fit and fix the cap body onto the projection 13 of the spinner head 1 to cover the disk 3. The UV resin supplied onto the disk 3 is uniformly applied on the disk so as to flow by centrifugal force when the disk is rotated at a high speed. The air stream flowing toward an aperture A is generated and the desorption of the UV resin progresses smoothly when the cap body 4 rotates at a high speed together with the disk 3. |
