PURPOSE:To prevent a power supply in a self-system from being disconnected at the time of generating an OFF command to another system by deciding the ON of a power supply to the whole system based upon an ON command when a power supply controlled device having a registered/recorded name is in a power supply ON state. CONSTITUTION:When the power supply is turned on again to a power supply control device 100, the power supply states of a power supply device group 200 to 400 through a state reading part 101 is read out and the states are reflected to a device state control table in a device state control table part 102. When the power supply controlled device having a name registered/stored in a name registering/storing part 103 is in an ON state is decided by an ON state deciding part 104, a system power supply ON command deciding part 105 decides that the power supply in the system has already been turned on by the power supply ON command in each system. If the decision of the deciding part 105 is ON even when the decision of the deciding part 104 is an ON state, each power supply controlled device is regarded as an individual ON state and excluded from an object for power ON/OFF operation in each system. |
