<p>NEW MATERIAL:A polypeptide derivative expressed by the formula [(A) is tert-butyloxycarbonyl or succinyl]. EXAMPLE:N-tert-Butyloxycarbonyl-L-alanyl-L-alanyl-L-tyrosyl-L-leucyl-L -valine-p- nitroanilide. USE:A synthetic substrate for measurement of fibrinolysin (SFP) of human spleen. PREPARATION:For example, L-tyrosyl-L-leucyl-L-valine-p-nitroanilide is reacted with L-alanine having a protected amino group in the presence of a carbodiimide and the amino-protecting group of the resultant condensate is subsequently removed by a conventional method. L-alanine having an amino group protected with a tert-butyloxycarbonyl group is condensated therewith in the presence of a carbodiimide to provide the aimed polypeptide derivative.</p> |
