PURPOSE:To improve the transferability in a high-temp. and high-humidity environment by fixing fine resin particles having negative electrostatic chargeability and the volume resistivity of a specific value or above to base material particles by mechanical impact force to form a positive chargeable toner and transferring the toner image formed by using this toner to a transfer material, then fixing the image by means of a heat roller having a resin coating layer having the volume resistivity of a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The positively charged toner formed by fixing the fine resin particles having the negative electrostatic chargeability with respect to iron powder and >=10<12>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity by the mechanical impact force to the surface of the base material particles contg. a block copolymer or graft copolymer formed by chemically combining crystalline polyester and amorphous vinyl polymer as a binder is used. The electrostatic charge latent image formed on a photosensitive body is developed and the formed toner image is transferred to the transfer material, thereafter, the image is fixed by the heat roller having the resin coating layer having 10<3> to 10<11>OMEGA.cm volume sensitivity. The blocking resistance, filming resistance, cleanability, etc., are improved in this way and further, the transferability at and under a high temp. and high humidity is improved. |
