PURPOSE:To start a job at a high speed by performing previously the input, the analysis, and the conversion into an internal form for a JCL if the change of the JCL is not required at application of such a job like a routine work in order to carry out the job according to the internal form at start up of the job. CONSTITUTION:A register request is executed for a JCL which is applied to a job to be started. Thus a pre-analysis means 10 inputs and analyzes the JCL and converts the result of analysis into an internal form. A secondary memory stores the converted internal form. When an executing request is executed for the job later, a job executing means 20 input the internal form of the JCL through the secondary memory for the requested job and executes the desired job in accordance with the input internal form. Thus the job is started at a high speed.
