<p>PURPOSE:To enable the cutoff of a part without environmental pollution by traveling and driving a wire-saw having a steel wire in which super-hard cylindrical beads are loosely fitted at proper intervals so that it is cut into a substance to be cut through guide pulleys. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical beads having a diamond grains surface layer are loosely fitted in a steel wire at proper intervals to form a wire-saw 11. After that, a driving wheel 5 of the wire-saw 11 is mounted to a self-travelling base 4 moving on a rack 3, and the wire-saw 11 is set to a substance to be cut 1 through guide pulleys 15, 16 and 17. The driving wheel 5 is driven by a driving mechanism 6 of a hydraulic motor and the like, the wire-saw 11 is traveled and driven and, at the same time, tensile force is applied. Thereby, the cutoff and dismantling of a concrete structure can be easily carried out without environmental pollution.</p> |
