The alphanumeric keyboard 10 is associated with a screen editor module 20 essentially including a cross of cursor shift keys centred on the same level as the central reference row of the alphanumeric module and including at the centre a key for skipping from one end of the current line to another, a lower row INS, DEL for insertion and for erasing in front, a row above the cross with three keys DEB, TAB, FIN for backwards shifting in large units such as a word or line, tabulation and shifting forwards in large units and an upper row with three keys PGP, NET, PGS for going to the preceding page, redefinition of the display and going to the following page. Other key modules, such as a numerical module 30 and a set of function keys 40 can also be associated with the alphanumeric modules and the screen editors. <IMAGE> |
