PURPOSE:To facilitate matching of speed and phase with their target values by driving a rotary member based on speed correction information formed through integration of information representing the relation of magnitude between speed information detected from the rotary member and speed information. CONSTITUTION:Speed signal FG of a motor 1 is compared 4 with a speed reference signal RS thus producing speed difference information SD and speed control information ES. Then a phase signal PG is compared 6 with a phase reference value RP thus producing phase difference information PD. When the signal SD decreases, a controlling circuit 12 switches a switch 15 to contact (a) and speed state information SS is integrated 16 to produce speed correction information AS which is added 17 to the signal ES. When the signal SD decreases furthermore, the controlling circuit 12 switches the switches 15, 18 to contact (b) and the integration circuit 16 integrates the phase state signal SP to produce phase correction information AP which is added thereto, while a digital filter 7 is preset 9 to produce phase control information EP which is added 8 thereto. By such arrangement, rotary speed and rotary phase are matched automatically with target values. |
