PURPOSE:The title composition consisting of a specific lactone modified silicone and silicone oil having low viscosity, causing no separation of the components, having excellent uniformity and stability and light extensibility and free from sticky feeling. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending a lactone-modified silicone compound expressed by formula I (R<1> is 1-30C alkyl, phenyl, etc., and >=50wt.% of total R<1> is 1-30C alkyl; A and B are methyl or R<2>Z; R<2> is polyester obtained by ring opening polymerization of lactones and having 200-10000 average molecular weight; Z is bivalent group linking silicon to R<2>; x is 3-1000; y is 0-50) with a low-viscosity silicone oil expressed by formula II (R is 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon; a is 1.8-2.3) and having <=100cp viscosity at 25 deg.C. |
