<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate heating effect of heating rolls to a film and increase working efficiency by adhering the end of the film to be fed to a base, bringing a couple of rollers close to the end of the base, clamping the base with the rollers, fixing by pressure the base and the film and bringing the rollers away from the base when laminating is completed. CONSTITUTION:A film 4 delivered from both of upper and lower sides to both of the upper and lower faces of a base 1 is delivered out by delivery rolls 6 while being fixed by heat pressure laminated by a couple of heating rolls 5. When the given length of film 4 is delivered in, a second air cylinder 15 is started and a device is started to lower getting close to the base 1. At that time, the device is lowered by the speed higher than the laminating speed of film 4 to the base 1. At the time of stopping at the lowest point, the film 4 is in the sagging state between a sub-vacuum plate 17 and heating rolls 5. When laminating is completed, rolls 5 are moved away from the base 1, and the effect of heating of the rolls 5 to the film can be eliminated.</p> |
