<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate of superior bonding properties of bonding a core and a foamed material and simplify the surface treatment by carrying out vacuum molding of a polypropylene core having a surface primer treated with specified primer and a polyolefin foamed material forming a two-layer sheet by means of a projected mold. CONSTITUTION:First, at least one of primers A-E containing respectively a propylene-ethylene copolymer, a modified propylene-ethylene copolymer, a chlorinated polypropylene copolymer, a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and a chlorinated propylene/1-butene copolymer is applied and dried thereon. Then, the core 1 is set in a mold 4 in a manner that a rear surface 1b of the core with its surface 1a treated in the preceding process is brought into contact with the projected mold 4. Then, a two-layer sheet consisting of a skin material 2 and a polypropylene foaming material 3 is set in the projected mold 4 in a manner that the foamed material 3 faces the core 1, vacuum molded, and then fixed by pressure. A laminate of superior bonding properties is manufactured by this arrangement.</p> |
