<p>PURPOSE:To apply a device to two different kinds of joint components by installing a connecting terminal removably to both a joint component of type of installing size resistance on a voltage applying terminal and a joint component of type of forming a resin flow outlet in the vicinity of a voltage applying terminal. CONSTITUTION:A resistance value sensing section 38 for sensing the resistance value of size resistance 34 installed on either of voltage applying terminals 30a, 30b on connecting terminals 33a, 33b, and a pressure sensor 46 for sensing resin flowing out with a resin flow outlet 44 formed in the vicinity of the voltage applying terminal are provided. On the other hand, a time control block 8 for controlling power applying time to a heater 30 based on the sensed resistance value 34 and a sensor control block 9 for controlling of discontinuing power applied to the heater when resin pressure is sensed by the pressure sensor 46 are mounted on a power supply section. Thus, jointing of a pipe component 31 by means of joint component 32 for both of the type of installizing size resistance on the voltage applying terminal and the type of sensing resin pressure of molten resin can be carried out by a single electric welding device.</p> |
