PURPOSE:To obtain a mounting substrate, which is excellent in tracking resistance and through which there is no possibility of malfunction and ignition even when dew-condensed water and water directly splash on a thyristor, by using a polyester substrate and coating a lead section with a polybutadiene group resin. CONSTITUTION:A Triac 2, potential between terminals thereof is 110V, and the lead section of a semiconductor rectifying type diode 4, potential between terminals thereof is 105V, are coated with a resin consisting of 1,2-polybutadiene resin as thixotropic 4, 2 main agent and octanoilperoxide as a curing agent and the resin is cured in a mounting substrate composed of a circuit pattern 6, the Triac 2, a LED3, the semiconductor rectifying type diode 4, an electrolytic capacitor 5 and chip parts 7 on a polyester substrate 1, thus preparing a coating 8 by polybutadiene resin. A polybutadiene group resin, a thixotropic index thereof after it is mixed with an organic peroxide group curing agent is 3 or more, particularly, within a range of 4-7, is preferable as the polybutadiene group one. |
