DEVICE FOR PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES The device for parking motor vehicles, includes at least one elevator accommodated inside a pit; the elevator includes two sliders which are slidable on opposite guides and are connected by at least two platforms suitable for supporting at least one motor vehicle and by an overlying cover able to move, in its lowest position, to the level of the surrounding paving, resting on a ridge provided in a gutter defined at the perimeter of the cover in order to collect rainwater; the gutter is shaped so as to have its minimum width at its upper opening, and the cover comprises an anti-condensation panel which rests on a base plate and is covered on both faces by a bituminous sheath which extends upward at its edges and adheres to a peripheral profiled element which is covered by a drip profile.
