PURPOSE:To reduce the effect by a load impedance and to make small the device, by halving an output from an oscillator, and cancelling the effects by one load impedance and another load impedance via a phase shifter. CONSTITUTION:An output from a microwave oscillator 1 is distributed in two directions at a hybrid circuit 3; one is connected to a load circuit 4 via the 1st amplifier 6 and another signal is phase-shifted by 90 deg. via a phase shifter 7 and connected to a load circuit 5 via a phase shifter 7. Thus, the phase of 90 deg. is made at the phase shifter 7 for the reflection wave from the amplifier 8, the reflection waves from the amplifiers 6 and 8 is cancelled through the input to the hybrid circuit 3 with a phase shift of 180 deg., and the input of the microwave oscillator 1 is not subjected to the effect of the reflection wave. |
