A heat-pump installation is to be designed so that domestic water in a hot-water storage tank (5) can be heated to a higher temperature than 60@C without, in continuous operation, the hot-gas temperature exceeding 110@C and the temperature of the condenser (2) exceeding 80@C. For this purpose, a further heat exchanger is designed so that, in continuous operation, the temperature of the evaporated refrigerant does not exceed about 48@C, the volume of the collector being designed so that it receives about 20% to 30% of the liquified refrigerant. <IMAGE> |
