PURPOSE:To shorten cooling time and produce a jelly by placing a dissolved jelly solution in a bag, placing the above-mentioned bag in a bag containing ice water and cooling the jelly solution. CONSTITUTION:For example, a chuck, string, etc., are preferably attached to either of two kinds of transparent bags so as to enable confirmation of the interior and a dissolved jelly is then placed therein (bag 1). Pieces of ice 4 and water 3 are placed in the other bag 2 and the bag 1 is subsequently placed therein to rub the bag 2 from the outside or uncooled parts are moved to cool the whole and solidify the jelly in the bag 1. Thereby, the objective jelly is obtained. |
