PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output even when the characteristics of step recovery diodes are dispersed by packaging the step recovery diodes on plural packaging parts provided so as to face each other in the line direction. CONSTITUTION:On parallel two lines 12a and 12b constituting the multiplying circuit of a sampling phase comparator, packaging parts A to D are formed by respective soldering regists 20a and 20b. According to the characteristics of respectively step recovery diodes 11, the packaging parts A to D are selected, and packaging on them. Thus even when the characteristics of the step recovery diodes are dispersed, by suitably setting packaging positions, since sampling pulses can be stably generated from reference signals, the output of a phase- locked oscillator is stabilized. |
