PURPOSE:To generate a pseudo fault in the timings except the specific one by producing a pseudo error signal when a prescribed microinstruction is carried out in the prescribed frequency. CONSTITUTION:A pseudo error signal is produced from a pseudo fault generating circuit 4 when the coincidence is detected by the frequency set previously at a count register 30 between the address of a microinstruction which is read out of a control memory 11 and carried out and the address of a microinstruction set previously at a comparison register 20. Thus various pseudo fault generating timings are obtained by changing the values which are previously set at both registers 20 and 30. Then the pseudo faults can be generated in the timings except the specific one, i.e., at execution of a pseudo fault generating instruction. |
