PURPOSE:To smooth the finish in a plane part and to decrease the number of drawing stages by forming a slope part between a circumferential cylindrical part and a step part, shaping the slope part and forming the plane part. CONSTITUTION:The central part of a metallic plate is projected and is formed into an inverted cup shape; further the upper part of a circumferential cylindrical part B is diametrally reduced to form a step part D with the remaining part of the circumferential cylindrical part, thereby forming a slope E between the part B and the part D. The part B and the slope part E are then blanked and are bent outward, by which the large diameter part F having the diameter larger than the diameter of the part B is formed. The remaining part of the part B remains as a small diameter part B' and a slit-like passage is formed between the part F and the part B'. On the other hand, a slope G is formed in the connecting part between the part B' and the part F. The slope E is made into a flat shape so as to be made perpendicular to the small diameter part B' and the large diameter part F, by which a plane part H is formed. Said part is bent so as to curve upward the slope G, by which a projecting part I is formed. |
