Heat exchanger with exchangeable elements made from sintered metal
摘要
An air/liquid heat exchanger, in particular for motor vehicles, has porous sintered metal exchangeable elements through which the impinging air flows and inside which the liquid is guided in ducts (channels). The juxtaposed exchangeable elements are arranged at an angle relative to one another and inclined in the direction of flow of the air. In this arrangement, the juxtaposed exchangeable elements have a common contact edge along which they are joined to one another. It is possible by means of these measures to achieve the highest possible heat exchanger efficiency in conjunction with as compact a design as possible and a reduced pressure loss on the air side.
