PURPOSE:To open the data making much account of the secret to a wide range of users by using the secret codes consisting to the elements (rows and columns) that can freely set the persons who can use the secret information in accordance with the output item which sets the protection of the secret. CONSTITUTION:A system controller sets a user name, a user identification symbol (user ID) corresponding to the user name, and a secret code (row, column) via an application right setting means 1. Then the system controller decides the propriety of output corresponding to the secret code to the item names (personnel merit ratings A and B) to be outputted via a secret protection setting means 2. A user retrieving process means 3 decides whether can apply the secret information or not based on the user ID, the user name, and the secret code and carries out the retrieving processes in accordance with various conditions. Thus the data that makes much account of the secret can be opened to the users. |
