The container has an opening with a closure and an internal expansible foil bag with a pouring aperture. The vol of the non-expanded bag is smaller than that of the container. The outer wall of the pouring aperture engages the inner wall of the container opening. The non-expanded bag is a balloon of round, oval, etc. shape and is formed of a rubber-like expansible material. A separable air vent (7) is located in the container (1) wall, next to its opening (2). Pref. the air vent contains a valve. ADVANTAGE - Complete bag emptying, and pollution-free waste disposal.
