A lorry with loading crane comprises: supporting beam 10 whose one end is fixed to a wheel unit 11 and whose other end can be connected in a rotatable manner to a pulling member; crane tower 13 with rotation cylinder 131 at the other end of the beam for supporting a rotating loading crane 14, and extendable support legs 15, 25. To reduce the forces acting on the lorry during work with the loading crane and to increase the effective load area of the lorry, the crane tower 13 is secured to the beam with the longitudinal axis of the rotation cylinder 131 running in the longitudinal direction of the beam.
