<p>PURPOSE:To lock a noise barn at a constant place on a screen even in either reproduction at speed of odd times or even times by performing the phase control of a capstan by comparing the level of a tracking error signal with a reference level. CONSTITUTION:The tracking error signal at a generation circuit 10 to obtain the tracking error signal from a reproducing pilot signal is A/D-converted 102, and a phase error is calculated at a microcomputer MCPT 103, and an output error signal is A/D-converted 105. At such a case, the frequency of the fluctuation cycle of the tracking error signal is estimated at the time of performing the reproduction at speed of (n) times at the MCPT 103, and a timing position used in the phase control is varied corresponding to the value of (n), and the tracking error signal is always compared with the reference level, and the phase control of the capstan is performed with the cycle of the timing position.</p> |
