PURPOSE:To surely inform card abnormality to another operator by confirming a data processor in which an operator exists, and thereafter, informing the card abnormality to its data processor, when the card abnormality is detected. CONSTITUTION:When it is detected to be an illegal card by a first detecting means as a result of inspecting whether a credit card presented from a customer can be used or not, a second detecting means 2 executes a detection of an ECR in which an operator exists by checking an operating state, etc. of each ECR. In such a way, when the ECR in which an operator exists is detected, a transmission means 3 transmits notice information for informing the card abnormality to its ECR. That is, when the card abnormality is detected, the ECR in which an operator exists is confirmed, and thereafter, the card abnormality is informed to its ECR. Accordingly, the card abnormality can be informed surely to another operator. |
