PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of clearance during the heat cycle, by making a thermal-plastic resin provided in a ring form at the inside of both ends of the opening of a heat-contratile tube, by blending a fluorine system resin of the same system as the heat-contractile tube, and polyester with the mutual solubility with the fluorine system resin. CONSTITUTION:A ring-form thermal-plastic resin is made by blending (A) a fluorine system resin of the same system as a fluorine system resin to compose a heat- contractile tube, and (B) a polyester with the mutual solubility with the fluorine system resin (A). The material to compose the heat-contractile tube 1 is composed mainly of a blend of a fluorine system resin with an excellent heatproof and oilproof property and a polyester with an excellent rubber elasticity and viscosity. The ring-form thermal-plastic resin 3 is inserted and attached inside the both ends of the two openings of the heat-contractile tube 1. To maintain the oilproof and heatproof property, the polyester (B) with a good mutual solubility, an excellent oilproof and viscosity, and the like, is blended to the material (A). As a result, a heat-contractile tube including solder which generates no clearance at the interface with the ETFE, FEP wire during the heat cycle in a dampproof test, and satisfies other properties, can be obtained. |
