Disclosed are a multi-channel resource indication and determining method and device, which solve the problem of low flexibility and slow response due to the fact that IE indication information of an MAC layer needs to be used in the existing multi-channel resource indication mode. The method comprises: a network device configures resource blocks for a user equipment on each single channel contained in multiple channels usable by the user equipment, and determines indication information used for indicating resource blocks configured on each single channel for all user equipments by the network device; and the network device sends, in a physical layer frame header of a subframe of each single channel, indication information corresponding to some or all single channels contained in the multiple channels, wherein physical layer frame headers of subframes of k single channels contain the indication information corresponding to all single channels, and physical layer frame headers of subframes of remaining n-k single channels contain the indication information corresponding to some single channels. Because the present invention employs a pure physical layer indication method, flexible resource configuration and rapid response are achieved. |
