PURPOSE:To make the separation between respective layers difficult to develop and consequently contrive to enhance the rigidity of a pipe by a structure wherein reinforcing ribs are present on core pipe and, at the same time, filler is filled between the reinforcing ribs and the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin layer is formed outside the reinforcing ribs. CONSTITUTION:A core pipe making machine 1 produces a core pipe having spiral reinforcing ribs 73... onto its outer peripheral surface by spirally winding band-like body 7 and engaging part 71 and part to be engaged 72, which are adjacent to each other, with each other. In succession, a filling machine 2 fills filler 21, which is delivered from header parts 23..., in spiral grooves 81..., which are on the outer peripheral surface of the core pipe. After that, a simultaneously with the completion of filling, cloth-like band 31 is wound round the core pipe 8 so as to seal the filler 21 in the spiral grooves 81.... Next, glass fiber 42, which is impregnated with thermosetting resin in an impregnating tank 43, is wound round the core pipe 8. The core pipe 8, round which fiber reinforced thermosetting resin 42 is wound, is put in a curing oven 5 so as to thermally cure the filler 21 and the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin 42 during the passing of the core pipe through the oven in order to produce resin composite stock pipe 9. |
