<p>PURPOSE:To crush materials to be regenerated and unused materials into particles of specified size or smaller and mix them at the same time by providing a throw-in port for materials to be regenerated and a feed port for unused granular materials on the upper part of a crusher and making it possible to control feed quantities of said unused materials fed by means of a feed device. CONSTITUTION:A throw-in port 2a for materials to be regenerated such as runner and poor molded articles just after the molding by means of a molding machine and a feed port 3a of a feed device 3 for unused materials are provided on a crusher 5, whereby both materials are crushed at the same time into particles of specified size or smaller, while both materials are mixed with each other and also feed quantities of said unused materials fed by means of the device 3 are controlled so that feed quantities required for a molding machine can be provided. As a result, other mixing device is not needed and work for measuring the ratio between both the materials to keep said ratio at a certain ratio is not required. Further, if this crusher and a molding machine are interconnected by means of an automatic material transportation means, drying period and power for a dryer can be saved since material to be regenerated is not humidified.</p> |
