The present invention provides a device for controlling a wiper variable speed and a method thereof, wherein a wiper blade stays for a period of time as short as possible in a front sight area of windshield glass by varying and controlling a speed of the wiper blade in accordance with a position of the wiper blade. Moreover, the present invention provides the device for controlling a wiper variable speed and the method thereof, which can improve durability of a wiper device by reducing a speed of the wiper blade at the point of time for a moving direction of the wiper blade to be changed. |
