<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the fade of a clutch, constantly ensuring traveling of a vehicle, by providing a part for computing a difference in an engine speed on both input and output sides, a clutch heating value computing part, and a correcting part, which corrects or increases a clutch engaging speed in half-engaged-clutch control in correspondence to the clutch heating value computed by the clutch heating value computing part. CONSTITUTION:In clutch control, a difference, DELTAN, in an engine speed on both an input side and an output side and clutch torque Tc are computed. In addition, at a clutch heating value computing part 63, clutch heating value Q is computed, based on a heating value Tc.DELTAN utilizing the above-mentioned Tc and DELTAN values for a half-clutch state in addition to predetermined heating values for clutch-engaged and clutch-disengaged states. Then, a correction factor k corresponding to the heating value Q is set and inputted into a correcting part 65. Thus, in half-clutch control, if the heating value Q suddenly increases, thereby lowering the facing friction coefficient, an engaging speed S3 of a clutch engaging speed setting part 52 is corrected or increased by the correction factor k, and the clutch makes a quick stroke toward the engaging direction. With this contrivance, the heating of the clutch is restricted and at the same time the fade of the clutch can be avoided.</p> |
